Physical Therapist Ramsey is professional and knowledgeable. He pushes you to do your best but not to overdo it. He has made physical therapy extremely beneficial and bearable. I am making good progress

I've been receiving therapy here for 2 months with Maddie. She has been the biggest advocate for me in this ongoing battle for my physical health. Maddie is well educated, experienced, and also considerate of her clients needs. She's great at multitasking when the facility has someone call out. I'm so grateful I was placed with her! I've also worked with Mike a few times. He's really good at sharpening your form on workouts. Jeanine the receptionist is super friendly & great at her job. I feel seen & cared for with this staff 👌🏼

This facility has done a great job with helping me with my road to recovery. They are a great team of people who are focused on you. I would highly recommend Select Physical Therapy in St. Cloud, Florida if you need assistance. This is a very close knit group who are very caring and professional, much more personal than many larger places. My sessions last a hour and my therapist keeps me moving and I feel as though I am getting the most out of my time there. She pushes me to try my best, but she is always concerned about not “over doing it”! You won’t be disappointed if you choose Select Physical Therapy in St. Cloud!

I had total R hip replacement in April of 2025. Select Physical Therapy was a very welcoming environment with many different exercise options. I was fortunate to have Michael as my therapist for almost all of my sessions. I can’t say enough good things about Mike. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I enjoyed coming in knowing he would be following and assisting as needed. It was a great experience and I improved greatly. Also a shout out to Pam who always had a smile on her face. I would not hesitate to use Select again if I should need therapy it in the future .

I've been to several Physical Therapy clinics, but Select is, BY FAR, superior to any I've experienced. After my second knee replacement, I was having trouble maintaining my balance. Pamela and Rachel devised a Special Exercise that fixed it. I can now WALK NORMALLY!

Knowing having a good therapist, allows me to know I'm getting better, accomplishing my recovering goals to get back to work. Having fun is important, specially when it's different between pain and physical treatment

We had a wonderful experience at this physical therapy office. They took great care of my daughter and always made her feel comfortable during her 1st visit. The staff members who attended her were kind, patient, and had such a positive attitude, which made a big difference for her. She truly helped my daughter feel at ease and encouraged every step of the way. Everyone was professional, caring, and truly made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
